The Pasco Sheriff’s office discovered 25 skimmers placed at 16 gas stations across the county during a two-day operation.
Between August 26th and 27th, the Pasco Sheriff’s White-collar Crime Department conducted gas pump checks to find credit / debit card skimmers. During operation, a total of 147 gas station locations across the country were checked. A total of 25 skimmers were at 16 different locations at the pumps, the sheriff’s office said.

A list of the stores, as well as the pump numbers the skimmers were found in, can be found below. If you think you are a victim of one of these skimmers, contact your bank immediately to inform them of a possible data breach.
If you find any suspicious charges on your bank statements, notify the Pasco Sheriff’s Office at 727-847-8102, option 7. PSO was assisted by state law enforcement in this operation.

- Grocery In and Out: 3514 Grand Boulevard, New Port Richey: Pump # 4 – Skimmer is located

- 7-Eleven: 13440 SR 54, Odessa: Pump No. 5 and Pump No. 6 – two skimmers found
