Autumn is in full swing and Halloween is creeping up on us quickly. But do you know what can’t sneak up on us? A 989 pound pumpkin!
The gigantic pumpkin is Florida’s largest and now has a home in Bearss Groves, a family-run farm stall in northern Tampa.
The nearly 1,000-pound pumpkin was bought in Michigan but is now on display outside the farmers’ market, where visitors from across the area come to enjoy the fall season with fresh produce and a pumpkin patch.
Bearss Grove is located at 14316 Lake Magdalene Blvd in Tampa.
