CLEARWATER, Florida – Tampa Bay Buccaneers star quarterback Tom Brady reportedly plans to move into another mansion across the Howard Frankland Bridge after spending parts of the pandemic at Derek Jeter’s villa in the Davis Islands.
TMZ reports that the Bucs quarterback plans to move into a $ 7.5 million home in a private community in Clearwater.
Brady is apparently in the final stages of a deal and is expected to close in the coming days, TMZ reports.
The report comes just days after his “landlord” Derek Jeter put the Davis Islands mansion up for sale. Nosy neighbors and NFL fans wonder where Brady would call home next.
Jeter’s villa was sold for $ 29 million in mid-September. The MLB legend’s 21,800-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a pool, gym, spa, and six garage parking spaces, as listed by Smith & Associates Real Estate.
