WINTER HAVEN, Florida – Legoland Florida has its annual Brick or Treat Halloween celebration every Saturday and Sunday in October.
The safe, family-friendly event is changing this year due to the pandemic. Parents will notice socially distant trick-or-treating stations with cool tubes that shoot candy into guests’ pockets.
“We’re the theme park built for kids, so we do trick or treat during the day,” says Kelly Hornick of the park.
The candy stations open at 1 p.m., although Halloween parties are open to closed throughout the park.
The theme park also puts out monsters (I’m a huge Lego Mummy fan) once a year for socially distant meet-and-greets, pictures, and stage shows.
Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to the event.
